BASIC HOTEL INFO:
» Account: Edit Hotel’s Profile
» Messages: Received and sent messages between the hotel and our Support Center, and between Hotel and Internet Users.
» Pictures: Uploaded hotel pictures
» Location Characteristics: Enter Hotel’s Location Characteristics
» Services: Add Hotel-Facilities and Rooms-Facilities. Facilities may either be set as billable or not-billable. If billable, price is to be assigned per service (ex. Business Center Services, Meeting Rooms Services, Games room, etc…).
» Rooms Occupancy: Assign maximum number of adults and children to each room type.
» Promotions: Add/View promotions. In addition, control which promotions to appear on which distribution channel (which websites).
» Children Policies: Add / View hotel’s children policies (applied on children less than the assigned age entered).

SEASONS AND PRICING:
» Seasons: Add / View seasons. Each season enables setting of room-rates based on dates.
» Policies: Add / View Hotel cancellation policies. Policies are added based on Activation Date (When each policy is required to be activated)
» Availability: Add / View rooms availability between certain dates. Different Availability may be set for different distribution Channels (websites).
» Release Period: Add/View release period, based on seasons.

RESERVATION PROCESSING:
» Tour Operator Requests: View and respond to Tour Operators GROUP / SPECIAL requests, and monitor Tour Operator’s response.
» Special Availability Requests: View and respond to Booking requests. Booking requests are received when availability is set for certain periods / rooms-types to “Upon Request”.
» Cancelled Reservations: View cancelled / No-Show Bookings, along with any amounts charged for cancellation / no-show, according to Policies.
» Reservations: View new/old Bookings and the ability to search for a specific Booking.
» Upgrades: View / Respond to Booking Amendment Requests, along with any financial changes to the booking amount due to the Amendment.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:
» Special Agencies: Control different rates to different distribution channels (websites) with access to your websites.
» Rooms Matrix: Enter the naming scheme used for the different Hotel’s Rooms.
» Multi Level Prices: Add (5) pricing levels. Each Price-Level is used when Number-of-Rooms / Days is greater than or equal a specific assigned number, or Number-of-Persons is greater than or equal a specific assigned number. Best fit for weekly-rates, long-stay-rates, and group-rates.
